Second Spring was founded by FaranEbi Duprey, a health and wellness operator with more than 15 years of experience across fitness, nutrition, luxury wellness and women’s health.
FaranEbi’s work has always lived close to the women Second Spring was built for… mothers, executives, creatives, founders and high performers who have invested deeply in their health to only to reach a season where their bodies begin responding differently.
Her passion for women’s health began through her own experience as a mother. She became deeply aware of how little practical support women are often given during some of the most physically demanding transitions of their lives after two complicated pregnancies, a life threatening birth and postpartum recovery. That gap led her to pursue a certification in integrative nutrition and shaped the way she understood food, movement, recovery, hormones and the body’s need for real support.
She later earned a national Pilates certification and spent years inside luxury wellness environments, where she saw another version of the same problem repeating… capable, high functioning and earning, health conscious women entering midlife with discipline, resources and access, yet still feeling confused by sleep changes, cravings, slower recovery, alcohol sensitivity, shifting body composition and routines that no longer worked the way they used to.
Then the work became personal again.
A medical emergency revealed that FaranEbi was entering perimenopause and suddenly she was living the same question she had heard from women for years. Why does my body feel different when I’m doing everything I possibly can?
That question became the beginning of Second Spring.
FaranEbi built the company thesis, brand positioning, customer insight, product logic, wellness framework, launch strategy and core intelligence model behind the platform. The technology was developed with support from her brother, Dwayne Duprey, an experienced technology leader who helped shape the app architecture and AI framework.
Second Spring grew from lived experience, professional pattern recognition and a clear gap in women’s health… women need more precise, personalized guidance during one of the most under recognized metabolic transitions of their lives.

Your first payment covers the initial 3 month commitment and then your membership transitions into a Founding membership ($59/month) and renews monthly until canceled.
