    In the first 30 days the app begins helping you notice clearer patterns in your daily inputs and how your body responds.

    After the first 90 days are where deeper insight begins. A longer window gives Second Spring enough time to observe changes across multiple phases, behaviors and daily rhythms so your guidance can become more useful and personalized.

    The longer you use the app, the better it gets at helping you understand your body’s patterns over time.

  • Founding Cohort Membership is $59/month with a 3 month minimum commitment.

    Your first payment covers the initial 3 month commitment and then your membership transitions into a Founding membership ($59/month) and renews monthly until canceled.

  • No. Second Spring does not diagnose, prescribe, treat or replace a physician.

    It is designed to support pattern recognition, education and daily decision making across food, sleep, recovery, stress, cycle changes, circadian rhythm, symptoms and behavior.

    For medical symptoms, hormone therapy, medication, diagnosis or urgent concerns, please work directly with your healthcare provider.

  • No. Second Spring is not a diet app, calorie tracker or quick fix weight loss program.

    The focus is metabolic literacy, stability, body composition, energy, recovery and self trust. Second Spring helps you better understand how your body is responding so you can make more informed daily decisions.
